The law practice was founded in David City, Nebraska in 1936 by Ray E. Sabata. Jim Egr joined Ray Sabata in 1974, followed by Jim Birkel in 1981. Tim Wollmer joined Jim Egr and Jim Birkel in 2009. Jim Birkel is part-time, Of counsel, at this time.
